Most items are sent via the Royal Mail Small Packets Standard Service, this is a fairly slow option. You can opt for tracking at additional cost, this option will be available to choose at the time of checkout.

Please use the Tracked service if you require a faster delivery time or if you wish to be updated with the status of the package.

Goods will usually be posted on the same or next working day depending on the time of receipt of order except for Armboards and Mounting Plates which will be two working days due to the time they take to prepare and hand finish.

The Royal Mail shipping time estimates are not entirely accurate so please bear this in mind and be patient while awaiting delivery. Seasonal events such as Christmas and Easter can also affect delivery times and for now also Covid 19. Click here for up to date advice about how shipping to your territory may be affected.

Please read the info below before making enquiries related to the whereabouts of packages -

Royal Mail states that delivery to Europe should take 3-5 working days but in my experience you're looking at double this and even longer for Italy and certain other Euro regions. Post Brexit European deliveries are now subject to customs checks which can potentially cause extra delays.

Royal Mail states 5-7 working days for the rest of the world, in my experience this time should be doubled and will be even longer for North America, Canada, South and Central America and Far East Countries. 

Royal Mail Tracking (if selected)

Their system is very slow to update so may show that the package has only been advised when in fact I have posted the item and it is actually on its way, it may take a few days to show the correct status of your shipment.
