For easily mounting an SME 3009 Arm at the correct geometry and VTA (Vertical Tracking Angle) without the Rubber Grommets in the SME Bed Plate. Opinions vary but most people including Soundsupports agree that this method of mounting gives superior sound quality over the standard rubber grommet mounting. Comes with screws for fixing arm to the board.
Armboard is manufactured from military spec Aluminium to tight tolerances with a high quality satin finish.
Also suitable for 9″ SME arm models – Series V, series IV, 309 and M2-9
Please note that on some models and versions material my need to be removed from the sub-platter to allow clearance for the lower part of the arm.
